The summit was held as planned. Four working tables marked up Washington State's published transfer guidelines and produced the first written standard in Pennsylvania for what happens when a woman's care moves from home or a birth center into a hospital. That framework is with its contributors for signature and publishes later this month. Inquiries are welcome.
